From the shaper himself:
For this next iteration of a Gun Fish, I wanted the lineage to show even more. Gephart’s boards — including the one I’d first seen at Pendo’s — carried green glue lines aligned with the fins, and I laid mine out the same way as a direct nod to LG. Down the center I ran a 4mm PVC stringer, partly as a flex experiment, and partly as a tribute to Stanley Pleskunas, who I’d seen referenced alongside Gephart and Steve Lis on a collaborative gun fish. Stanley made fins from high-density foam and worked with various PVC materials for his wibbulators. The stringer felt like a small acknowledgment of the thread. I called this board “Dog Fish”.
