"Stevie’s modern four-fin Fishes differ from most in that the fins are double-foiled and set “stringer straight.” (The fins on most quads are toed-in and are single foiled in the front and double foiled in the rear.) The fins are on the vee plane, which carries through the fins. At the front of the fins, the vee begins to transition into a concave, working its way into the speed zone, and then the forward third of the board goes flat.
