This outline is derived from a classic GL Curve, spiced up with a beveled rail and a twin fin set up. I've been riding this shape in a bunch of different types of waves lately, and the looseness and lively feeling created be the rail shape and the aft fin placement make for some incredible moments that confirm how trusty a good egg can be.
This bevel adds width to the board when paddling it, but shrinks the wetted surface once up and riding, sorta like an edge board does. If you like going frontside on a nice point, this board is hard to beat for those of you looking to keep it fast and loose. I'm really excited about this shape and am grateful for all the folks ahead of me that have paved the way for all this rad theory... Liddle, Greenough, Andreini, Duncan, there all in there! Standing on their shoulders I hope to continue to evolve these rad planing boards!
