The accelerated curve behind the keel fins tightens the turning radius while still keeping plenty of planing area throughout the majority of the board. This curve along with the  a subtle flat/single/double/flat bottom contour and foiled yet relaxed rails produces a playful and forgiving board that still has a lively zest to it.
