A modern take on the (mini) simmons design. Bob Mitsven updated the classic outline, as well as the rocker and belly. The fins are closer to the back than a quad fish to accommodate the wider tail. The wing just behind the leading fins also breaks up the rail and allows you to lay theboard over on a turn more easily. The rails are fairly rolled at the nose and taper to a hard edge out of the tail. This updates combined with the classic mini simmons traits of a wide outline with lots of volume create a fast, rippable, wave-catching machine in smaller surf.
