The Mod Quad features a flat entry, to slight vee behind the center, to double concave vee into the fins that eases out off the tail. These bottom contours allow the board to release to help you turn when moving at high speed.

The deck is flat with a fuller-shouldered rail, which hides some helpful volume for paddling.
