Mollusk Surf Shop is looking for a part time customer service associate to join our team in San Francisco! Are you a Greenough enthusiast? Do you enjoy a pinched rail? Are you "Mindfull"? Mollusk customer service associates are enthusiastic about creating a positive, unique, and informative experience for our customers. All applicants should have these qualities and skills:
- Courteous, respectful, and excited about customer service.
- Reliable, punctual, and team oriented.
- Be capable of multitasking and prioritizing in a fast paced environment.
- Have attention to detail and help keep an organized, tidy, and stocked store.
- Knowledge and appreciation of surfboard design
- Experience working in a retail environment.
- Experience in Vend or other point of sale software is a plus.
- Experience working in a surf shop is a big plus.
- Retain and relay information about current surfboards and clothes.
- Confident and clear when communicating product information. Capable of responding to questions about Mollusk products and detailed surfboard information.
- Must be able to work 2 days per week including one or both weekend days.
